I am a certified Stress Management, Mindfulness, and Emotional Intelligence coach who helps people build calmer, more balanced lives through practical, evidence-based tools. While my work centers the unique challenges faced by female professionals and Queer professionals, I connect easily with people from diverse backgrounds and create spaces where others feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow. I have years of experience in high‑pressure corporate environments as a positive, solutions‑focused leader consistently helping teams thrive. Common Questions

What happens on the discovery call?

A 30-minute conversation about what is driving your stress, what you have tried, and what you want to change. You will leave with clarity on next steps, whether or not we work together. No obligations. 

Yes. Virtual sessions via Google Meet are available to accommodate your schedule and comfort level.

Coaching is a present-focused, goal-driven process designed to help you unlock your own insights and move forward. Therapy addresses clinical concerns and diagnoses. I am not a medical professional.

Most clients meet weekly or every other week. We will choose a cadence that supports momentum without adding more pressure to your schedule.

It depends on your goals. Many clients experience notable progress in six to ten sessions. Each coaching relationship is unique to the client. 

That is common. Coaching here is concrete and grounded. We focus on what you can do this week, not a stack of reading or apps.
Yes. This practice is LGBTQ+-affirming. You will not need to educate your coach about your identity or community context.

Yes. We can work on prioritization, communication, boundary setting, and recovery practices that fit your real constraints.
