I offer a calm approach to stress management that helps you
create more ease in your daily life. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to focus on the present moment, reduce burnout, and restore balance. With personalized strategies and gentle guidance, you’ll cultivate resilience, clarity, and habits that truly last. This is a space for honest, compassionate reflection—not judgment.
Coaching is a conversation with a purpose. We focus on what is in front of you and what you want to do about it. We work together to identify your imbalance and build a plan that fits your needs. You will leave every session with something concrete to try before we meet again. We track what works, adjust what does not, and keep moving forward. Most clients start seeing real shifts in about six to ten sessions. That is when the new patterns begin to feel less like effort and more like how you operate.
Coaching is for those who are not in crisis but are struggling to find balance. We focus on where you want to go and how to get there. Therapy addresses clinical concerns, past experiences through a medical lens, and mental health diagnoses. That is valuable work, and I deeply respect the difference. If we determine that what you need is clinical support, we will discuss ways to navigate that.
Individual sessions are one hour, virtually or in person (in Memphis). Virtual sessions are through Google Meet.
You tell me what is going on. I ask questions that help you see it more clearly. Together, we identify what you can do about it and build a plan. You leave with a specific next step to take before we meet again.
Packages include email support so you can check in when something comes up. You do not have to wait until our next session to work through a challenge or celebrate a win.
Behavior change is not instant. Most clients start noticing real shifts around session six. That is when the new patterns begin to feel less like effort and more like how you operate.
The first few sessions focus on identifying your highest-stress triggers and building initial strategies. From there, we refine what works, address what does not, and expand the toolkit. By the end of a full engagement, you have sustainable habits and a clearer sense of how to manage stress on your own terms.
