Stress Management Coaching for Professionals

You care about the people around you. You enjoy your hobbies. You are good at your job. You are also exhausted. The to-do list never ends, and those boundaries you set keep getting crossed. You wake up tired, push through the day, and do it all again the next day. Somewhere along the way, “busy” became your baseline and exhaustion became normal. There is another way forward, and we can find that together.

Where Real Relief Begins

Support That Meets You Where You Are

Stress management coaching gives you a place to stop, take stock, and build a plan that actually fits your life. Not a list of tips you already know. Not advice to “practice self-care” without telling you how. Real tools. Concrete strategies. A structured process for making changes that last.

What Coaching Looks Like

Coaching is a conversation with a purpose. We meet for an hour, either virtually or in person (Memphis area) to focus on what is in front of you right now and what you want to do about it. In our first session, we begin to identify your imbalance and stressors. Not in the abstract. The specific situations, patterns, and demands that wear you down. From there, we build a plan that fits your needs.

What You Walk Away With

You will leave every session with something concrete to try before we meet again. A boundary to set. A habit to shift. A decision to make. We track what works, adjust what does not, and keep moving forward. Most clients start seeing real shifts in about six to ten sessions. That is when the new patterns begin to feel less like effort and more like how you operate.

Who This Is For

Stress management coaching is for anyone who is tired of perpetually operating in survival mode. Burnout hits high achievers. It hits caregivers. It hits people who are excellent at taking care of everyone except themselves. I work with professionals who are overwhelmed and know something has to change. That includes women juggling careers with caregiving, educators exhausted by systems that demand more than they give back, LGBTQ+ professionals navigating spaces that demand they contort themselves to fit in, and all those who are ready to cultivate a calmer life.

No Explanation Required

You do not have to explain yourself here. You do not have to prove your stress is “bad enough” to deserve support. If you are seeking better ways to care for yourself, that is enough of a reason to be here.

Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching is for those who are not in crisis but are struggling to find balance. We focus on where you want to go and how to get there. Therapy addresses clinical concerns, past experiences through a medical lens, and mental health diagnoses. That is valuable work, and I deeply respect the difference. If we determine that what you need is clinical support, we will discuss ways to navigate that.

Coaching Packages

All individual sessions are about one hour. Virtual sessions are delivered through Google Meet.  In-person sessions are available for clients in the Memphis area.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens in a coaching session?
We start with what is real. You tell me what is going on. I ask questions that help you see it more clearly. Together, we identify what you can do about it and build a plan to make it happen. Every session ends with a specific next step you can take before we meet again.
Coaching is present and future-focused. We work on goals, strategies, and behavior change. Therapy addresses clinical mental health concerns, trauma, and diagnosis. Both are valuable. They serve different purposes. If you are unsure which you need, we can talk through it during a discovery call.
No. You can book a single session anytime. Packages offer a savings over individual sessions and give the process enough time to create real change, but there is no obligation to commit upfront.
We meet through Google Meet. You will receive a link before each session. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a private space where you can speak freely.
Life happens. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.
No. I am a certified coach pursuing ICF accreditation. Coaching is a distinct profession from therapy. I do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical mental health services. If you need clinical support, I can help you find appropriate resources.
Yes. What we discuss stays between us. I do not share information about our sessions with anyone without your explicit permission.
